Don't listen to all of the break in stories on here. I have been a renter at three locations over the past 12 years and there are always going to be a few cars broken into. If it is a viable concern, just don't leave things in your car and get a garage.
It's not unsafe this is not the ghetto. I quite frankly cannot believe how over-dramatized some of the reviews on here are. I swear they are from young college students that have no comon sense. Get a garage people.
Anyway, I have lived here for 6 months with my GF and it's been an overall great experience. The location is perfect and the management have been great. I'd give the place an 8 out of 10 as there are a few things that need to be improved. Overall, very good though.

Here's the thing - we had a garage that we paid for to prevent breakins and still were broken into. It's easy to downsize the magnitude of the problem when it hasn't directly affected you. The fact is, break ins happen and will continue to happen because nothign is done to prevent it. Poor lighting, no video cameras, and no security = opportunity for theft. And we are not uneducated people - we're people with Masters degrees who have since moved out because we know enough to leave a bad place!
