Interesting Floorplans, Lots of Crime

I have lived at this apartment building for the past year. While our floorplan and sq footage are nice, the apartment as a complex leaves something to be desired. There have been several security problems that have not been properly addressed. The main office was broken into at one point and all of the keys were stolen for my building. While we were issued new keys, it took them over a week to get us a new apartment key. That's right...someone stole the key to my apartment and they didn't change the lock for over a week. There have been numerous break-ins in the buildings and the cars outside. There are multiple events throughout the year nearby. These are nice to attend, but many people consider the Burlington to be event parking. This makes it very difficult to park during several weeks during the year (during the Hmong festival at Como Park, St. Patrick's Day weekend at Gabe's, etc...) For the price you pay for these "luxury" apartments, there aren't many perks. The walls are paper thin, the fitness center has no newer equipment and the groundsworkers do not clean up the dog "presents" all over the ground.

I would just like to say that I to have lived here for about a year and I actually live in the building that was the last one to be re-keyed so I find it humorus that this indivdual wants to say it took them over a week when I was one of the last people to get their keys and it was within 48 hours. Also I am a resident who has a dog and when outside I do pick up my dogs "presents" Why would anyone think its the maintenance job to pick up that. If you are responsible enough to have a dog you should be responsible enough to clean up after it.
