After 10 months of living at the Burlington we are sad to be moving. My wife and I have absolutely loved living here and the location is great. After graduating college in 2005 my wife and I have lived in our fair share of apartment buildings. The Burlington has by far been the nicest, hands down. The things that make it great are: central air & heat, new and up-to-date appliances, the new carpet when we moved in, the washer and dryer in our unit, the maintenance staff has always responded timely to our requests, and (the icing on the cake is) the office staff is great.

I have read the comments on security and safety I would like to note that in 10 months we have had to call the police once. Outside of that we haven t had any problems.

Anyway the local police department can give you the statistics on the number of times they have responded to a call at the apartment complex. If this was a concern, I would give the St. Paul Police Department a call (on the non emergency number) to verify the stats.
