I am renewing my lease after living here for a year and I have almost no complaints. There are the usual apartment issues that you'll have anywhere (a few inconsiderate pet owners, upstairs neighbors who are occasionally noisy, etc) but on the whole I have had a very positive experience.

When my dishwasher broke, it was replaced with a brand-new one within three days. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and thorough. When I come to the office, the office staff are always professional and sweet to my son, giving him cookies and balloons. He has been happy here as well, and the big courtyard is a great place for him to ride his tricycle or play ball in the grass.

I'm a grad student at the University of Minnesota, and this apartment is only about 10 minutes away from the U via 94. It's a good location for students who don't want to live right in the surrounding neighborhoods, which tend to be loud, unsafe and unsuitable for families.

Since I've been here, I've heard about the occasional break-in to cars, but generally speaking, that goes with the territory if you live in the city anywhere that's not a suburb. I don't keep any valuables in my car, and I've never had a problem. I have not had any serious problems with parking. Parking is occasionally tight when I come home very late at night after everyone is in bed, but I've never not been able to find a space.

Having a washer/drier and a gym right on hand have been very useful to me, especially with a small child. The price is a bit expensive, but considering its proximity to the university and all the amenities the Burlington offers (in-home washer/drier, tennis courts, full gym, pool, lovely courtyard, great floorplans, balconies) it's totally worth it, and I would recommend this apartment highly.
