I moved here because it was 30% of my income. BIG mistake!!! The carpet was nasty and I was promised many times it would be replaced. LIARS The bathtub would not come clean no matter what cleaner used or what u did to it. IMPOSSIBLE the neighbors were noisy and nasty as ever. Does anyone work around here''' Hell No!The kids pulled te fire alarm damn near everyday. And it takes the fire department 20 minutes to show up and did I tell you that is 20 below zero outside. Management was nosy, lazy and just plain horrible. I should have known this place was garbage when after living there 1 week my car stereo was stolen. And a year later it happen again. What did management do''' Nothing If considering moving here please think again,mits just not worth the trouble. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

It makes me very sad to read this review from the person who thinks this place is a hell hole but still continues to live here for 6 years!! Can't be that bad now can it!! I am a resident of the property and I think the entire staff does a very good job at keeping this a nice and fun place to live.They have started to do National Night Out events and have done things to the property to make it even better. The kids love the park area and the basketball court is used all the time. This is a low income property but you would never know it by looking at it. I am very proud to live here and i know that alot of the other residents love it here too!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs low income housing because you will not find another low income property as good as this one and well kept!
