I lived there for three years and it was basically decent. There were various maintenance problems over the years including constant power outages in the summer and lots of plumbing problems that required frequent water shutoffs. There were 4 different on-site managers in the time we lived there and they were all useless. None of them ever answer their phones and at one point they put some 20 year old girl in charge of the entire building. Biggest concern is the parking lot. Lots of car break-ins, thefts, and crazy people wandering around. Overall the apartments are nice for the money.
