When my wife and I moved in to Cinnamon ridge it had a ton of ammenitys and a lot of potential. The apartments are large and have great living space. It is generally quite but can hear noise above you if you are on a lower level but other than that it's ok.

To begin with or leasing agent showed us a apartment and we signed a lease for that apartment. When a couple of weeks rolled by we called to verify everything only to find that we had to move to a different building. This wasn't a huge ordeal and the complex was overall good about what had happened.

After the move in things went smothly for the first couple of months. Then we had to deal with the front office. We were visited twice by corporate for issues with check cashing for rent asking if we had paid. We received a late payment notice even though it was a clerical error and most of the managment was fired due to these issues. Rent was never late for us!

When mantince issues came up it would take days to get things fixed and then we would have to do most of it ourselves.

Anytime we needed anything from the front office it was as if we were bothering them. We had stuff stolen out of our garage which we later found out was possible a mantinece staff member who was stealing out of residents garages. Which we found out long after we couldn't get stuff back.

Parking is ok but the bulding doesn't police the people that don't live there and often have to park in guest parking.

When we moved out we had set up a walk through to leave which was in the middle of the month not during the busy part of the month when people leave and they are busy. We set up the appointment with the front office and when my wife went to tell them we were ready they said no one was scheduled. I went over 5 minutes later and then they said they were ready.

Our place was spotless and was signed off to receive our full deposit back. we called corporate to confirm, only to be told we never paid august rent and that our deposit had been waved for when we signe our lease for our november move in. We actually moved in september and all of our paperwork was wrong. they found they copy of the check and now they don't have our address which was given to the main office at the time of our move out. We had to fax copies of our rent check for august.

Overall if you aren't worried about managment not a bad place to live but the front office managment changes on a regular basis and nothing gets done in a timely manner. Everything is very disorganized and a large hassel when you need anything. This building made us look for the worst in other apartments when we moved. Would not recommend
