I have lived here for 2 years. The perks of this building is the layout, I love the nice big living room, big kitchen, a nice little hallway by the bedrooms, the bathroom is Ok, and it has some nice closets. For the most part the residents that live there are very nice. Its quite and monitored by 3M security. Now the bad, SMOKING... ( cigarettes and weed ). The parking is really bad and you can't park on the street or you will get a ticket. The laundry room is also really bad there's two washers and dryers and one of them is always broken, and its in the basement ( not so fun when you live on the third floor). And the trash is at the end of the parking lot, so make sure you bring it out regularly. So lets talk about the UGLY, The bugs... all the time, some I've never even seen before ( in 27 years). The carpet is cleaner now than when I moved in only because I have cleaned it for the last two years. The pool last year was only open for the last 3 weeks in August and your not allowed to have any guests over at the pool or any kind of beverage. And although the building appears clean the hallway walls are very dirty and it always smells very bad. I have also had my mailbox broken into and my storage unit as well. And for the management the first year not a peep, the second year they where in everybody's business and know they have backed off and got some of the bad tenants out. So I guess I would say it is 40/60. The good being 40 and the bad being 60.
