Had my tires stolen.

My husband and I lived their for 4 months and during that short amount of time the tires on my car were stolen, parking and traffic were hideous over state fair time and our neighbors were stealing electricity by running electrical cords under their door to the complexs hall plug in (they were later evicted, I think, and police were called in for some other reason). I would make sure you ask lots of questions regarding other tenants in your particular building. Also had furniture ruined by maintance issue and never was compensated for it like told.
