adequate place to live

We moved to these apartments because I needed something close to the bus lines that go to the university and we wanted a spacious place that allowed cats, had AC and a dishwasher and had parking garages. We found all those things there, including an exercise room, swimming pools and other amenities. The office staff has always been really friendly and quick to fix problems. My biggest complaint has been the poor building quality. Almost everything needed repair, including cabinet doors, leaky ceilings, the windows, the blinds and more. They also used the wrong paint in the bathroom which meant that it rubbed off when it was exposed to moisture. The walls are paper thin (literally) and that didn't help when we were woken up by our overly sexual neighbors in the middle of the night. We did like the location near the park and loved the spacious rooms and closets. It's a fine place to live, but I wouldn't recommend spending the rest of your life there.
