Basically, no one should live here. There are about a billion apartments in the Twins Cities area, and no reason to choose this one. When I moved in, I was super excited and thought that it would be great, but after the first couple of weeks of hearing trains at all hours of the night, I knew I had made a mistake. Management is a pain, the place was filthy when we moved in, and doing laundry is far more difficult than it needs to be. Definitely was not what I hoped it would be.
