Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
underwent a lot of changes in managment but old building and if on the top floor the humidity is terrible in the summer and the one a/c unit doesn't cut it in a one-bedroom, since it doesn't reach the other room, especially the stairwells. cheapest apartment complex in the area but not as nice. improvements are being made so getting better, but old building and the rent price in the area reflects it.
