These apartments are awful. The caretakers do not care about the tenants. The train was a breeze compared to the fighting going on in the apartments at all hours of the night. If you like loud music and partying 24/7 - you will be just fine. Also, if you are single woman - beware! The hallways are unsanitary to say the least.
Keep looking!!! - there are plenty of apartments that are a much better value.
