This place is f-ed. My neighbors play their music until the early morning hours. My pictures shake on the walls some nights. The hallways smell like pot. It's embarrasing to bring family members here. These apartments seem as if only minorities live here, I'm not sure if it's section 8 or not but it's not good. You feel sort of unsafe because the parking lot lights are not on when it's dark, I think the timers are set off or something, we've asked them several times to fix the problem. Another HUGE problem is the laundry room, evidently the people that live here don't give a crap about what others think or how this place looks. They break into the laundry machines and so they NEVER all work. Only 2-3 machines out of the 4 work at any given time. How annoying when there are 3 floors of apartments in this building and only 1 laundry room. If you cannot afford anything else...live here. Otherwise RUN!

Okay. First of all, I will completely agree about how horrible apartments these are... but you've got to be kidding me with your compete ignorance and racist mentality. Is it really necessary to state "seem as if only minorities live here"?? What the hell is that supposed to mean? It's people like you who cause problems in America and why white men are afraid to fire a black worker. A minority will read your comment, and instead listening to your advice about not living in these apartments, but instead see you as a racist moron. Comments like your fuel the racist problem that plagues America. So do us all a favor, and leave! Why not speak the truth about the management team, the poor up keep of apartment, walls so thin my two year old could fall through, no noise policies created by management, no order to operations, fault being placed on residents because management doesn???t have proper regulations and record keeping... I believe your point would be much more believable and respected if you yourself acted in an appropriate manner.
