It's clean, safe area, remodeled apartments, friendly people in the rental office. I don't know why everyone is complaining. I'm a 23 yr.old college student, and it's a nice community. Of course, music, loud, annoying neighbors, etc. are risks at any place. The indoor and outdoor pool, and workout room are nice!
The problems: the train (across the street) goes by every 15 min. The apartment will shake slightly, but my boyfriend doesn't notice it. If you're sensitive, you will. In the summer it is REALLY loud with the windows down. One other thing- remember to post your parking pass or your car WILL get towed ($280 rip-off). It's also rough to get to the 3rd floor with groceries, etc. (no elevator).
