Good location, however rent is too high for what is being offered. The building is old and maintenance has to be called in often for repairs, but the crew takes a long time to get the repairs done. The laundry is filthy and most times, the machines are not working. Again, maintenance takes a long time to get them fixed. Tenants should NOT have to pay for garages especially as we have to manually open them as well as share the space with a number of other tenants. Lately the apartments have become very noisy and some tenants seem to be smoking marijuana. Yes, kitchens and bathrooms have been renovated but management can do alot better.
