I know a lot of people that are looking to move, especially in the summer months. I continually tell them to steer clear of these apartments. I have lived here 3 years and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up. There are numerous problems here that we shouldn't have to deal with - broken laundry machines which means we can never got our laundry done because there are 4 machines for the entire building and when one or two are broken, it is always full!), cheap carpet that stains even if you spill water, and cheap paint that rubs away when you try and wash the walls. Last summer they redid the outdoor pool which took forever, and it looked really nice. However, over the winter they left water in the pool and now there is a ring of filth all the way around the bottom 2-3 feet of the pool. Instead of scrubbing or repainting again, they just filled the pool up with water, but it still wasn't available until the middle of June. Management rarely answers their phone, and when they do, they are rude. We have lived here a little over 3 years and have had 3 different managers, but were just informed that the third one is gone...I guess he left and was sick of getting yelled at for the crappy job he is doing or was fired. The good thing about living here is that so many people have moved out recently that there are always plenty of parking spots in the lot! There are many apartments out there for a comparable price that are MUCH better...
Our lease is up in the winter and we will NOT be renewing.

Response to the response: The apartments have only really gone drastically down hill over the past 12 months - otherwise we would have moved out long ago.
