We went through the apartment and it smelled bad. There was paint all over the boards on the wall along the floor. The dumpsters were overflowing everywhere outside and the fences around it looked like they would topple at the gust of a wind. A train went by as we were looking at the apartment and I knew we would not live there. The train tracks are right accross the street.

The neighbors next to the apartment we were showed were pretty loud but I couldn't tell if the walls were just thin or if they were actually being loud.

I would not be surprised to find out this place has insect problems. In the hallways we saw marks everywhere and it looked like they used the wrong color paint to paint over some of the marks. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
