I've found this apartment to be incredible(and all my friends agree). It's my first place, so I was a little worried about my high expectations, but WOW! The staff is friendly and know most people by name, any problems we've had were fixed right away, the complex is kept clean and the decor looks very impressive. The fitness center has good equiptment and is better than most I've seen. Our neighbors are considerate and I've only heard a door bang twice the whole time we've been here. I've never heard our neighbors above us, either! The architecture is fantastic. We're right next door to Mears Park (which is also well maintained) and every day at 5 o'clock, everyone is out walking their dogs. Being downtown whatever you need is easily accessible. You have to check this place out, not many people I know have heard of it, but once they've seen it, they can't believe they haven't. It's a wonderful place to live. Plus beautiful apartment styles to choose from, with lots of TALL ceilings and windows!
