Not sure what the other two who commented on this apartment were on...but yuk. This is the grossest place that we have ever lived. Not only are the staff rude, the residents are creppy/weird or smell, not to mention are lazy and rude. There is dog pee on the elevators all the time and there was dog poop in a hallway for about 2 months. The apartments are crappy, the kitchen and bathroom are so small that everything piles up so its always cluttered because there is no storage. The "walk in" closet has a huge pole in the middle, and the parking is terrible. The parking spots are so small cars get hit all the time, but if you park in the garage you have an option of hitting a car or a pole. If someone parks in your spot they won't do anything about it, and tell you to park somewhere else. The fire alarms have gone off so many times I can't count anymore and the elevators are always breaking down or acting weird. The location is downtown and is near the highway, but if you want something to do at night you will have to stay in unless you want to be mugged by one of the homeless people that lives in the park arcoss the street or go to a stinky old bar with scary drunks. I would suggest to look elsewhere....I wish we would have =(.....

This person person should have stayed in the safe, clean, antiseptic suburbs. Were they blind when when they rented or did the parking spots shrink. I sense high maintenance individual here.

Yeah, I'm high maintenance and expect alot, it is too much to expect people to pick their dog's poop and pee up inside the building....

I find it intersting that the reviewer posted the original review on 7/31/06 and then actually checks back on 10/27/06 to see what the response to their review is. I do not think this person is high maintenance, I think they are bored.
