Great at first...

The Cosmo is a nice place to live but really tends to singles and younger couples. There are a lot of older singles in the building and some are kind of rude or just keep to themselves. Mears Park is directly across the street but is used mostly for dog walking and is a hangout for the local homeless who can get rowdy and creepy at night when they're wasted. Because The Cosmo allows pets you can expect to find messes in the elevators and the hallways. Also, my car has scratches on it from parking in the cramped garage, and you have to watch out for the idiots who think the parking ramp is a speedway. The staff is nice and friendly and there are a lot of different lay-outs to choose from when picking an apartment, but I don't think I could live here longer than a year. It's great at first and perfect if you love the downtown living. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
