I have lived in the Cosmopolitan for a 8 months. The staff is AAA . The facilities are good (exercise room) to very good (general maintenance). It is centrally located to much of downtown (which could use a supermarket). I do not have a car, do not need one, but the people with cars do not complain about the parking (and that is a big plus) When I read the negative reveiws of the Cosmopolitan, I am not certain we are talking about the same place.
