I have never lived at the Cosmo, but am an artist who has been part of several Art Crawls there. I love the Cosmo's vibe. It's awesome, as is the staff and residents. I am, by nature, a watcher of people, and have been extremely impressed at the staff's ability to handle different and sometimes difficult situations with ease, compassion, and a sense of humor. I have also been impressed at the vast cross-section of residents--from young marrieds with kids to oldsters and everything inbetween. The residents seem like a fun crowd and full of life. I own my own place, but if I were planning on staying in Minnesota, I would definitely consider selling and moving into the Cosmo.
