My family and I were in last weekend to find a place to live in downtown St Paul. We had appointments set up all around Mears Park. We saw The Cosmo after parking and walked in. We did not have an appointment and it was at least a 1/2 hour before the office was supposed to open. We then met Tresa Garr in the lobby. Without hesatation she asked if we were interested in seeing an apartment. Talk about great customer service! She hadn't even opened up the office yet.

She gave us a tour of this wonderful building and information on schools in the area for our son.We had looked at 5 places before stumbling into The Cosmopolitian and this was the first leasing agent we met that mentioned schools to us. We were sold. Because we had no appointment we didn't get to look at the unit we want to move into, but sight unseen we trusted Tresa and are very much looking forward to calling "The Cosmo" home. We even put off our move another month to get into this building. Thank you Tresa!
