I have been a resident at the Cosmopolitan for 2 1/2 years and am proud to call it my home. I love the building and the platform style apartments even before the renovations to the building. The completed renovations add an even more enjoyable experience to living there. The new workout room has all brand new equipment and flat panel LCD tv's on the walls which adds up to an enjoyable workout experience. The new lobby is very trendy and modern adding to the downtown living experience. The location of the Cosmopolitan in downtown Saint Paul is a prime location. It sits right on Mear's Park and the farmer's market it literally right outside the back door which is very convenient. There are multiple venues (bars, restarants, and coffee shops) all within a two block radius.

The BEST part of living at the Cosmopolitan is the staff!!! You couldn't ask for a better team of people to work with. I don't even look at them as staff anymore but rather as friends. Maintenance responds within 24 hours of any issue that needs attention. The staff is super friendly and will do all they can to make the Cosmopolitan the best place you can call home.

Seriously, if you are looking for an apartment in downtown Saint Paul, the Cosmopolitan is the best place to live for the amenities, parking, location, price, and staff.
