I love the Cosmopolitan Apartments!!! Why' 1st; Location, location, location!Mears Park right outside my door, Music at Mears in the summer, Bulldog, Loto restaurant across the street and walking distance from Xcel Energy, Science Museuem and Library and more 2nd: Management is EXCELLENT! Someone to greet you when you come and go, they always think of us (the tenant) warm community environment, like a neighborhood, parties and they (the management) keeps you informed on events happening in the community. This is something I appreciate being new to Minnesota. 3rd: Great amenities, washer and dryers in each apartment, great work out room with new equipment, stylish lobby, business center, sauna, large community room decorated in warm colors, newspapers outside the door, drink and food despensers. I'm very pleased to be a resident here at the Cosmopolitan.
