The Cosmo is a wonderful place to live for those who desire a downtown experience. Events in Mears Park add a certain vitality to the area, and the building has a very friendly atmosphere. I do not have a dog, the presence of a dogs in the building adds to the friendly atmosphere. My apartment is very quiet in terms of noise from neighbors, although outdoor noise can be an annoyance at times. All inall, it is a great building to make your home.
