Creek Point Apartments
< | >
I have lived at Creek Point since 1997. In that time a management change occurred after which management improved considerably.
I, too, have had some maintenance problems occur in my stay here, but since the new management came in a few years ago, problems have been taken care of effectively.
That doesn't mean that maintenance problems go away entirely. Most maintenance problems appear to be caused by problem tenants. Tenants who allow their sinks, toilets, or baths to overflow are going to cause maintenance problems. Tenants who have dogs not properly trained are going to have accidents in the hallways.
To the credit of the management of Creek Point, problem tenants are dealt with quickly. Creek Point is generally a very nice place to live. The hallways are vaccuumed nearly every day. The entryways are kept clean. The walls in the halls are washed down regularly.
The staff has been very nice and in my opinion is very competent.

Creek Point is a ghetto. Don't live here if you value your privacy and safety and peace of mind.

Probably posted by the same employee that writes the only few positive reviews about Creek Point. I guess creek point management would rather engage in smoke and mirrors rather address the real issues people post here about. Creek point is a horrible place to call home.
