Could've been better

Couple things that bug me throughout the 3 years of living in Creek Point.
1. Too many unnecesary rules.
Your balcony furniture has to be straightened & tidy at all time or else you'll get a notice. You can't even have wind chime hanging from your balcony.

2. Limited parking space problem.
If you come home by 10 p.m. at night, your luck of finding a parking space is very slim. You have to park all the way at the rental office. Imagine during winter. And your guest has to get a guest pass to stay overnight. Or else your guest has to park across the street to avoid getting towed.

3. Garage door problem.
You get notice to always wait for the door to close after you enter the garage. But the door itself always have problem & will not shut for the whole day. Do you feel safe paying extra $50 parking in the garage'

4. Ceiling leaking problem.
Seems like a lot of residents had experienced the same problem of having ceiling cracking & leaking.

5. Entrance door won't shut properly.
The entrance door always have problem shutting properly. I have solicitors knocking on my door & I wonder who else can get into our apartment.

6. No package pick-up from the management.
Most of the other apartment helps receiving any parcel or packages. But not Creek Point. So if you work from 9-5, your package will arrive to you late.

7. Ammenities limited open hours.
The swimming pool & gym room & other ammenities room all clost at 8pm everyday including Winter. If you always work late, you can forget about enjoying any of those ammenities. Plus if you are planning to rent the activity room for any party, your party has to end & clean up by 8pm.

8. Urine smell in the elevator & front entrance.

All in all, I continue to stay here for only one reason & one reason only, the management allows big dogs. So go figure.
