The only reason why I signed a lease here is because they made it sound like they were giving us this HUGE deal and were making exceptions for us, which is a complete scam, it's the same "special" they are running for anyone who walks through there doors 365 days out of the year. So if they try and tell you they are giving you a deal, they aren't! They just can't fill there empty apartments! And it's no wonder why they can't, this place is so trashy. Absolutely disgusting, I am embarassed to even have visitors over for so many reasons:
1)They have 2 mailboxes in out parking lots (at the entrance) marked "Clean POOP bags", is that classy or what'''' (And who the heck is using them''')
2)Dogs crap in our hallways, so fresh and so clean.
3)We have mold growing in our apartment and spiders EVERYWHERE, which have been complaining about since the day we moved in.
4)There is hardly any grass left in the property near the building due to all the kids and dogs that tear it up, mud hole.
5)The hallways have such a strong stench of urine and garbage it is almost unbearable to walk through the hallway without gagging.
6)The hallways and stairwells are covered in spider webs, maybe that is why there are so many spiders in our apartment''' I think this is better housing for spiders and rodents than humans.
7)And lastly and most importantly, the office staff is so kind and excited to offer you an apartment in the lovely complex when you first arrive, give it a month, and your as good as the dog doo doo down the hallway. They are fake, liars, scammers, and only out to make money, they do not care about you or if your ceilings were falling in or the mold was eating away your walls. As long as they got you locked in for a year, they could careless. Might as well go camp out in the Clean Poop bag mailbox. Ghetto Fabulous!!! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Someone stole my door mat a while back too. I should see if I can get a new door mat that says "Ghetto Fabulous!!". Of course, I'm sure it'll get stolen too..
