When I was looking for an apt, I didnt want anything trashy, so I figured paying over 700 in rent I would be fine. wrong. You have section 8 people in your building leaving open bags of trash by doors having kids crying screaming down the halls. Patios full a junk funiture. I thought I'd pay more to live better but I guess 450 for rent might have put me in a better situtaion at least then i know what you pay for. Water is always being shut off for repairs where do i take my showers then' and then having to pay water give me a break, glad my lease was up and I'm happy where I am now.

Creepoint Apartments = Crackpoint And features the most incompotent property manager and staff I ahve ever had to deal with. Honestly, with the property management consistently entering my apartment with NO PRIOR NOTICE, the ---- hole state the building is in, I don't know what's worse... Incompotent apartment staff or scary section-8 neighbors. If I had realized 75% of my neighbors were section-8, I know I would never had moved in to this place. I am a middle class professional and my wife is about to graduate from Medical school and the bulk of our neighbors scare the crap out of us. |
