If you enjoy the ghetto lifestyle that Creek Point has to offer, stop in, they have amazing specials:
1)You pay your own water, along with everyone elses in the building.
2)Pay rent, EVERYMONTH for your pet, only $50 a month minimum!
3)All the mold and spiders you could ever imagine! All in one place!
4)Balcony decorations that look as though we have carnies from the circus as neighbors.
5)Fresh aroma of ethnic cooking, urine, and a wet basement, all combined together it smells like roses!
As you can see, this is a great place to live, wouldn't all this be worth the first month't rent free''!!
