I am presently a tenenant at Creek Point and am counting down the days until my lease is up. I throughly agree with the majority of these reviews, and the positive ones that were written I am sure have either came from the managment staff or tenenants that recieved rental discounts from management for writing good reviews about the place.I really would questions the values adn standards of any individual who believes this complex is a "nice" place to live. Obviously, they don't set very high standards for themselves. This place is a pit, it is ghetto, disgusting, and I have personally advised future tenenants of this when I have seen them in the parking lot, why make others suffer to live in these types of living conditions' I would not recommend Creek Point to anyone.

I recommend Creek Point to Osama BinLaden or anyone else in the talliban. Even with the insects, rodents and leaky plumbing, it has to be better than caves... Well, maybe not...
