Notice:

If you work for Creek Point or are affiliated with them whatsoever, I would like to thank you for making my life a living ---- storm for the last 14 months.

Creek Point apartments is by far the WORST place to live on the face of the earth. I remember staying up late watching tv (I had to to drown out the sound of arguing neighbors, barking dogs, crying babies, and loud music) and seeing commercials for the funds that you pay $.80 a day and help a child. Well, they live in nicer places than I did. I would rather live in a garbage dump than Creek Point, because then at least I would know where the smell was coming from.

Here are some things that you can look forward to if you decide to live at CP:

1) Getting suckered in with a month free rent! It's only going on for one month out of the year, but everyone I know who has lived there has gotten that free month. Rape.

2) Paying for your own water bill. The only thing is, the water works 10% of the time, and only about 2% of the time is it hot. Oh yeah, and when your pipes bust (as mine did), you get to pay for it, and pay CP for damages! JOY!

3) Getting your stuff stolen. If you don't have it in a safe, it will get stolen. Hell, even if you do have it in a safe, someone will break in and steal the god damn safe.

4) The wonderful aroma of dog crap, urine, stinky garbage (which never leaves the building), sweaty unvented workout rooms, mold, and mildew infested basements. Just what I want to smell.

5) The worst staff ever. Management' No. More like Crapagement. If something goes wrong, they could care less, you get to pay for it out of your pockets.

6) Spiders! If you are an arachnophile, you will love this place! Every 5 feet there are spiders. On the wall. On the ceiling. On the floor. In the cabinets. In your bed. In the shower. Everywhere. I'm surprised they don't make you pay the $50 pet rent for having so many spiders.

7) Mice. Plain and simple. Frikking mice.

8) Moldy apartments. Don't store your clothes, food, or anything else anywhere at CP, because it will get covered in mold.

STAY AWAY FROM CP AT ALL COSTS!
