I am going on my 5th year here and I feel safe and satisfied with the general run of the complex. The management tries to accommodate as many as possible with evenness. I have read the majority of reviews of this apartment and it is normal for some persons to be dissatisfied with everything if they do not get their own way. Living in a public facility is bound to create tensions and it is our job as human beings to treat others as we want to be treated; it is our job as tenants to keep our environment clean and healthy; it is our job not to be disruptive and noisy and respect the boundaries of our neighbors. Since this is an older complex, there are bound to be maintenance problems and I feel those in charge get to them as soon as feasible. I am grateful to be here and be allowed to have my pet with me -- that is a plus,plus. Satisfied tenant
