Creekpoint is no different than any other Eastside Apartment Building. You are going to have your weirdos and even weirder smells because that is how people tend to treat apartments bacause they don't own them. The Management has been nothing but nice and totally fair when I lived at Creekpoint. The maintenance people ALWAYS came in within a day or two to take care of repairs, CORRECTLY! No matter where you live you will have some crappy neighbors and shaddy activities every once in awhile. Could live without the spiders, but they are older buildings and very well taken care of when you have a problem. Parking could be an issue, but there are garages available to help with the lack of spaces. Just a not, if you don't like dogs, this might not be the apartment for you. All in all not bad at all.
