be careful, especially if you have small dog, it could kill your animal if you live here.

Creek Point hired some company to spray chemicals in the "dog relief" area. The company put up signs saying "keep all pets and children" off of the grass. Management did not give anyone notice that they were going to spray chemicals in the pet relief area so some people have already let thier anmials pee on the poisonous grass.

There is no safe place to allow my little dog to go outside and pee tonight on Creek Point property -- so much for pet friendly. Chemicals are MUCH more harmful for small animals and elderly animals.... please be careful the chemicals could kill your animal if you live here....

Don't walk on the grass, you could get it on your shoes and transfer the chemical into your house and your dog can still get sick...

Also watch out in the winter... rather than use pet safe sand or pet-safe salt for your dog they use the cheapest stuff they can get-- if your little dog licks his paws he can also get chemical poisoning and die.

Please do some research on this because management is certain to post some thing about how I am a liar, overreactor, chemicals can't kill the dog, a little salt will not harm your dog....there is plenty of area to pee without chemicals trust me tonight-- it is not safe on creek point property for your animals... they don't even give you notice so you can close your windows or keep your dogs away from the chemicals so you can protect yourself.

Okay now when probably half of their residents are with dogs do you really think they will put a chemical up to kill them? Common bussiness sense dont kill your customers. Plus it was probably only toxic while they put it down and dried. Do research yourself before you get all huffy puffy!!!!

why do they put down signs saying to keep dogs off for 24 hours if it's so safe?

The only reason they allow dogs is because they are so desperate for renters because they haven't mastered even the most basic customer service skills. So, I wouldn't exactly say they are "dog lovers".
