After reading this reviews, I must admit that I agree with many of the NO reviews. My husband and I lived there for one year and that was too long. We were very excited to have our own place and those feeling quickly changed. When we moved in we were promised that the patio door would be replaced because moisture was trapped in the glass, it never happened (we didn't ask for this, they voluntered it). Parking is horrible...on more than one occasion we had to park in the "Future Tenant" parking by the main office. The management actually accused my husband of lying when he said that the a/c unit was full of mold which he is severly allergic to...it was full of mold and had to replaced. Our apartment was always full of odors that traveled through the ventilation system...we always knew what our neighbors was cooking. While walking our dog, my husband has been flashed gang signs, witnessed a drug deal, and shown a gun by a stranger on the other side of the street who was approaching him. Another that is not good is the fact that the doors to the building was never secure or closed, it was always propped open with a rock or something...what's the point of having secure entry when it is opened to the public. I could go on and on about the things that we experienced while living there, but hopefully you get the point. As soon as our lease was up, we were out of there.

A building is only as secure as the residents make it. You can't blame the management for something the residents do. I have lived at Creek Point for almost 6 years. I wouldn't have stayed here that long if I didn't feel comfortable here. And when I walk past a door that's been proped open, I simply close it. I have always had repairs made in a timely manor and I haven't had any problems with smells or noise in my apartment.
