I have been a resident for about two years. It is not safe. Let me explain why it is not safe here. There are drug deals going on in the buildings,parking lots, and picnic areas. When I first moved here my apartment was dirty with mouse traps in the cabinets, the bathroom was gross. I had to buy $35.00 worth of cleaning supplies before I could actually move in completly. I reported this to the office and the manager gave no response. Since then I transferred to a new bigger apartment to my own stupidity. I was greeted with bed bugs. There were gun shots that rang through different apartment windows, the rental office stated it was not affiliated with Creek Point. Of course not, why draw more bad attention to this place. I would love to get out of here but there are certain issues that are holding me back. When possible I am going to run like HELL from here. There is dog crap all over the blouvard that has been burned into the ground from the heat. You are fined $50.00 for not picking up after your dog. WHY is there so much S*^% on the grass. We can invest invest hundreds of dollars for curb side appeal yet, we don't have any money to keep the inside of the apt building clean. Don't be FOOLED by the cheap bushes, plants, and or flowers this place is dirty.

Agree 100% with you!! It's nice to know that some people still have others best interest at heart!! STAY AWAY FROM CREEK POINT PEOPLE!!
