I am extremely displeased living here. Although they keep telling us we are living in the "LAP OF LUXURY" we can't even have friends over past 10 PM without worrying that their cars will be towed. It happened last night. FIVE minutes past 10' We look out to find our friends car being towed....it cost us $250.00. So much for the "LAP OF LUXURY" that they advertise.
In addition--I used to live in an apartment in the 'hood. Management there was a lot more speedy in addressing maintenance issues than this place has ever been. I've been here two years and will NOT be renewing my lease. Not after this crap.

It's true that cars are towed shortly after 10:00p.m. That is, unless you follow the procedure and have a visitor parking pass displayed in the car. All residents should be aware of the parking policy. It has been in place for some time--it's not a new thing. I had a friend who got towed too, but we blamed ourselves because we knew he couldn't be in the lot after 10pm, and he decided to risk it.

I'm very happy to say that I USED to live at Creek Point. Parking was a crock. ---- happens, and if you have a friend over who is planning on leaving by 10 and happens to stay a couple minutes later, it's complete -------- that they get towed. But more than the parking, the management volunteered that some remodeling would be done when we moved in (like new vanities) and it never happened. The hallways stunk, there was a swamp in back, and management was great at acting like they gave a ---- to your face, but then never followed through on anything.
