I have no problem living here at all. I have been here for over a year, in 2 different apartments, and the only complaint i have is how hot the third floor gets in the summer. I have never had a problem with any sort of pests. The management are the nicest people I have rented from, and any time I had something go wrong they were right on it and it was fixed in an hour at the most. Hardly bad. Yea we had a friend towed cause they were here past 10, but they tell you right when you sign the lease, get a parking pass for your friends or have them park at the bank after 10, they will be towed. So they park across the street, hardly a inconvienience. I love it here, and it is so quiet. You cant hear your neighbors or anything. And the cops haven't been here at all since I moved in. Sad to see all the problems people have had, maybe they changed management' And about the pool. That is the cleanest public pool I have ever seen. HM...

yah, right. i bet if i pull up a police log they have been there several times this summer. just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. this place had the worst managment, period. talk to me when your car get broken into IN THE LOCKED GARAGE WITH CAMERAS and they refuse to do anything about it. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY KNOW WHO THE PEOPLE WERE WHO BROKE IN!!!

police are called....mgmt sucks...they tell you what u want to hear..so you rent....they get a bonus ...when the apts are rented....
