This is my second stint living here. I first lived here 3 years ago and never had many problems. But due to my fiance and I now having a large dog and due to limited finances, Creek Point was one of our only options. Since moving in back in October, 1)we have gotten 2 warnings about leaving our dog on the deck unattended. He doesn't bark, move or anything. Just sits and sleeps. Why do they care anyway. 2) Our stove has been broken for a few weeks now. We called 2 weeks ago and they still haven't come to fix it. 3) we have to wash our dishes before putting them into the dishwasher, and they still don't get clean. I've never lived anywhere where you have to clean out your dishwasher in order for your dishes to get 50% clean. 3) we are on the third floor and the air conditioners can't keep up. It's normally cooler outside than inside with the air conditioner running all day. Not a fun electric bill! 4) the neighbors are horrible. I don't feel safe being alone at night. Everyone is so loud and the kids are obnoxious, always running around wild. I've had, on many occasions, 3 or 4 rather large men look in my vehicles for no apparant reason. Probably to scope out if they want to steal stuff. Also on one occasion I've had some stranger just walk into my apartment while I'm here and then just walk out. So now I have to lock my door no matter what I do, whether it's to do laundry or walk the dog. I also think it's ridiculous that we get warning notes about leaving our very well behaved dog on the deck, while there are certain people that live here that walk their dog across the street just so they can let it poop without having to pick it up. Not to mention all the poop that is left in their little dog park they have at the end of the complex. To anyone considering living here. DO NOT!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT THE MOMENT YOU MOVE IN. MANAGEMENT SUCKS, NEIGHBORS SUCK, PARKING SUCKS.

Just because you have a bad experience doesn't mean everyone will. If you don't like where your living MOVE! It's that simple but what is this little column honestly gonna do for you? It's NOT going to fix any of your problems and in the time it took you to write this you could of been talking to the management of the complex to get your problems fixed. Think about how your using your time more wisely. Just a suggestion.

umm to the person who commented on this review, the whole point of this website is to write reviews and tell of your experience living at the place and that is exactly what this person did. People would like to know what they are getting into before they sign a lease they can't get out of. Instead of just ripping on this person, how about YOU be productive and write a review of why you like this place. Thats whats helpful. Why are you so defensive anyways? Are you owner or part of the staff of this place? If so you make me want to live there even less because you obviously do not know how to deal with complaints and are only willing to defend yourself rather then fix any problems that do exist.

I agree! This is to tell people an fair warn them about what they are about to move into. I would rather have somebody explain whats going on around the building before I get myself into deep water. I honestly would not no weather it is true or not but when you have numerous of people complaining "Thats telling me something" RIGHT?? Ofcourse you are going to here people and have problems about noise with neighbors, thats anywhere you go. But if it is a big problem where you want to stay and people on here have nothing good to say about the apartment then look else where. Don't complain on here about someone that is speaking the truth about a bad apartment. They are helping others and for there saftey. I was looking to live there and thought of something wrong. Then I looked on here and YUP got my answer. " I WILL NOT LIVE HERE" just for the sake of my babygirl and girlfriend. I am not worried, i can handle my own. but i wont be there for my girls when they need me the most to protect them. "I WONT PUT THEM THROUGH THAT"!!! I will make sure they are safe without me. DO YOUR research my friends. Best of luck too all of those you are trying to make it out there
