It sounds great when you are signing your lease and you are really excited right' Creek Point apartments is not a place i would reccommend anyone. Some of the cleaning staff are nice. The work that needs to be done while you are living there is very slow and the craftsman ship is pretty poor and basic. If something if fixed something else ends up scratched or dented. They do not work with you on anything and money seems to be the only issue. The pool area was shut down for about 6 months straight, and when it was finally fixed it was so cold it was hard to believe it was deemed as a heated indoor pool. The hot tub was also not as warm as it had previously been before it was "fixed." The pool area was also shut down numerous times after that. You are not notified on anything in a timely manner. I don't think that a 24 hour notice should be to much to ask. The activities program for families to participate in and to get to know your neighbors and their kids was also cancelled. The groundskeeping was probably the best part of the atmosphere meaning the grass was always cut. The areas against the wall on the first floor that separate the apartments are not touched. Also if you decide to walk through the grass "watch your step" as their are many dogs that live there if you catch my meaning. There were also many false fire alarms which were annoying. Timeliness is not essential unless it's something that you are responsible for. I really don't think I would ever rent from this property management company again for my own well being.
