Let's just say the management at this property is completely manipulative and plain money hungry. When I moved out, I had a balance I needed to pay with them in order to move into my new apartment. To be completely spiteful and childish, they would clearly ignore my knocking at the rental office doors, intentionally ignore my phone calls, lied and were rude just because I moved out of their property and was moving elsewhere. At night, there'd be druggies knocking on my windows asking me if my boyfriend had drugs for them, they'd ask to hook up cable for money. It's not a safe environment at all! I moved out after 3 weeks. Even the caretaker was asking my boyfriend for drugs! They tried to hold my deposit claiming they had to use it to move the rest of the stuff out of my apartment after I left..Mind the only thing left in the apartment was a telephone and a small mirror. $400 labor for that' It was an easy application process but I believe that was just because it was hard for them to rent in the first place so they tried to get everyone they could.

These people are ABSOLUTELY right, I lived at both of their properties and the rodent problem is out of control. I had to call the city on them to get them to take notice. Gun shots on a regular basis. You can't let your children go outside without some crack head harassing them, hallways smell like urine. People sleeping in hallways, when i moved in my apartment there was mold and dirt and old food still. there are always police coming to arrest some criminal and the noise is ridiculous. Staff could care less about you until its time to collect rent. I had to with hold rent several times to get my maintance issues dealt with and then they had nerve to keep some of my deposit for damages. I fixed the place up and this is how they repaid me. I AM SO GLAD TO NOT BE LIVING THERE ANYMORE!!!!!! this is strictly for drug dealers and users who can't find anywhere else to live. Definitely not family friendly.
