I have lived in 4 different apartments, and this is already by far the worst. The complex is not in the best area, so I was a little hesitant to move there (excellent location). The management staff (new as of March, I believe) said that they had just taken over and were looking to calm things down in the neighborhood, and would only accept appklicants with really good credit, no criminal histories and better than good rental history. This gave me comfort, so I moved in. The apartment itself was dirty, and not made very well. The electrical wiring was all screwed up (different switches for different lights, etc), and you have to wait 5-10 minutes for any warm water. It also took the management 2 full weeks to put a shade in my bedroom window, and I am STILL waiting on a mailbox key, almost a month after moving in.

Overall, still terrible management, neighborhood is not at all great, and I wish I would have moved somewhere else.
