I love Hidden Valley. We have lived here for 8 months now. I enjoy the fact that we're not in the mainstream city. There's not a lot of traffic nearby and it's relatively quiet. I've had no trouble with noisy neighbors. Management is so helpful and attentive. The caretaker is among the best. He's fixed our toilet, rescued us when we accidentally locked ourselves on our deck, and given us another mailbox key when we needed one. He's helpful, efficent, and quick to respond to requests.

The neighborhood is safe, which was one of my main concerns. Someone else wrote about drug deals. I think they must have an active imagination. The neighbors are friendly and there are families from many countries around the world who live here.

My only frustration is that it seems to take a while for checks to get cashed. Especially the rental deposit. They've gotten faster more recently, however, so hopefully it was a temporary problem.
