Everything the other reviewers wrote is pretty much on target. There were some shady looking things going on in the parking lot. There were ants, there were some noisy neighbors and the ice does build up on subzero nights. The caretaker was overall very helpful, except when it came to mediating a noise dispute between us and the downstairs neighbors. The owner is also a very nice man and remembered us even though we did not see him often. They did take a long time to cash checks. The wet area next door and across the street has lots of frogs calling all during the spring and summer. I found that very calming, but others might not like it. The main reason we moved is that we needed a larger space for our expanding family. This place was not perfect, but it was a reaosonable price because it lacks all the expensive amenities.
