Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The ceiling gave in from water damage the second month I lived there. Took them three months to fix it.

Every night the police were at the building for some reason or another.

There was no parking, and when it snowed they wouldn't plow until after there was like 20 inchs.
