There are several issues with the living conditions of these apartments, such as major black mold, deterioatin decks, insufficient property management services. Do not respond to complaints about units.. Caretaker is a alcoholic and is very beligerent twards tenants and there company. The police are called there on a consistant basis. In my opinion these apartments are not safe for human Habitation. The Caretaker is very insufficient in working with tenants as she is under the influence of alcohol daily.
