I wish I knew about these ratings before I moved into this hell hole pit

The poor people who had their units damaged by fire will probably never get their apartments fixed, and the managament certainly will have no sympathy. They will demand their rent right away, though.
The nosie levels were incredibly loud, the hallways and entryways filthy, there was extreme parking problems, and they loved to tow your car at your expense. There is a visitors parking lot, and our friend had their car broken into, AND another friend had their car stolen from the visitor parking lot. Management didn't care.
When I was there, the building had a flood, started by vandals supposedly. The buildings are not secured, so anybody could have gone in there to start the flood, especailly somebody that had been evicted recently or trying to get back at their ex husband. Yet, management accused the residents of our building of doing it ourself, as if we would want to puposely cause damage to our living space and property.
When I called the county, they stated that Highcrest has had several violations in the health code.
Rules are enforced by whether or not they like you, especially with the pet policy.
I have never been so terrified living somewhere, I had to get out and get my kids out because it was unsafe, AND dangerous.
